Built in from the start
Each 3PL’s data kept apart
Every 3PL works in its own separate account. Your clients, stock and history are never visible to another 3PL.
Clients see only their own data
A client user sees their own company’s account, people, stock and deliveries, and nothing about your other clients. Internal notes, such as the reasons for a credit hold, stay private to your team.
Roles for every job
Staff and client roles decide who can do what, from operatives on the floor to finance and administrators.
Published before general launch
During early access we share these with founding partners directly. Before general launch they will be published here:
- Where your data is hosted, and the companies that help us host and run Stockist
- How often your data is backed up, and how quickly we can restore it
- How data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Our registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office, and our data processing agreement for UK GDPR
- How you export your data, at any time and when you leave
- Service availability and how we tell you about incidents
