Most warehouse systems stop at the warehouse door

They track stock well enough. But billing lives in spreadsheets, profit by client is a guess, and your clients have to email to find out what’s happening. Stockist is built around the parts of a 3PL that make or lose money.

Bill every job

In development

Every pallet stored, delivery received and order picked is captured as it happens and priced from the client’s rate card. Nothing waits for a spreadsheet at month end.

Questions

Who is Stockist WMS for?

Stockist WMS is for UK third-party logistics businesses that store and fulfil for other companies, typically with 5 to 50 clients and one to three warehouses. It suits owner-run 3PLs that want billing and client profitability built into their warehouse system.

Is Stockist WMS available now?

Stockist is in early access. Client accounts, goods in, inventory, warehouse layout and the Rapid Scanner are built and can be tried in the demo. Billing, orders and despatch, and integrations are in development. Every page on this site marks which features are available now and which are in development.

How much does Stockist WMS cost?

Stockist is priced by the number of live clients you store for, from £295 a month excluding VAT, with unlimited users and a yearly order allowance, so your Christmas peak never costs extra. Founding partners get 50% off for 12 months from their first client going live.

How is Stockist different from other 3PL warehouse systems?

Most warehouse systems stop at the warehouse door and treat billing as an export. Stockist is built to run the 3PL as a business: it records every job, bills it at the client’s rates, traces every invoice line back to the work, and shows profit by client.
