Questions
What counts as a live client?
A client you’ve taken live: one that has passed onboarding and that you store stock for or handle work for in the month, including clients working their notice. Clients still onboarding don’t count, however long onboarding takes, and closed clients don’t count. Their history is kept.
Are there per-user or per-order fees?
There are no per-user fees: every plan includes unlimited staff users and client logins. Each plan includes an order allowance measured across the year, so a busy peak is balanced by quieter months. If your average goes over it, extra orders cost 4p each, billed quarterly in arrears, and we never move you up a plan automatically.
How does the yearly order allowance work?
Each plan includes a monthly order allowance, measured across the whole year rather than month by month. A busy December is balanced by a quiet January, so your peak season never costs extra. You can see your usage against the allowance in Stockist at any time, so there are no surprise bills.
When do we start paying?
When your first client goes live in Stockist: its onboarding is complete and it moves from Onboarding to Active. Onboarding a client can take months, so there is no time limit and no 30-day trial clock.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly, move up or down a plan, or cancel, whenever you like. Founding partners have no contract either: they agree to give us feedback during early access in return for half price for a year and a fixed price for two, both counted from their first client going live.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is your data. Before you go, we give you an export of your clients, products, stock and history.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate.
